IMAGO guarantees a full refund of the amount paid, provided that all the goods are returned in the same condition as when they were received. This means that the goods must not be damaged, polluted, washed or worn (except to be measured) and that all labels must be in place.
All of our shipments contain a pre-printed Return Box, which you can use if you decide to return the item you ordered or part of it. You will find more detailed information on the procedure for returning goods in the documents accompanying the shipment.
1. Fill in the Goods Return Form indicating the reason for returning the goods.
2. Send the goods you wish to return. A convenient return address can be found on the Return Box. Please remember that the Return Box must always be attached to the returned item.
3. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error. In this case, please contact us by phone + 359 876 480 840 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. For orders made and paid with cash on delivery, please fill in the details of the account where you would like the amount to be refunded in the Return Form or send it to email@example.com.
5. The statutory period for refunding the amount you are paid is 14 days from the date of receipt of the items returned by you.
Goods Replacement Procedure
1. Fill in the Goods Return Form by specifying the size or model you want to receive in exchange in the Comment field.
2. Send the item you want to replace. A convenient return address can be found on the Return Box. Please remember that the Return Box must always be attached to the item being replaced.
